Two people can travel the same distance and arrive in entirely different places. One moves with intention, the other simply keeps moving because stopping feels uncomfortable. From the outside, both appear equally busy. Only over time does the difference become visible. Motion is easy to recognize. Direction is much harder.
Observe today how often activity is mistaken for progress. Notice the tasks, conversations, and decisions that generate momentum without necessarily creating movement toward anything meaningful. We naturally measure effort because it is visible, yet direction quietly determines where that effort eventually leads.
