A routine continues long after we’ve forgotten why it began. Repetition often feels so natural that we mistake it for personality, preference, or circumstance.
Observe today what quietly repeats. Notice the moments that feel strangely familiar, as though they have happened before in a different form. Patterns rarely announce themselves as patterns while we are inside them. They simply present themselves as another ordinary day until enough repetitions make their shape impossible to ignore.
