Kundalini is widely described in spiritual traditions as a dormant energy located at the base of the spine that, when awakened, rises through the body and leads to higher states of awareness. Practices such as breathwork, meditation, and ritual are often used to stimulate this process.
In modern spiritual culture, kundalini has become associated with awakening, enlightenment, and personal transformation. However, the process is often approached as a goal to achieve, leading individuals to actively attempt to trigger or control the experience.
Within the Sacred Anarchy framework, this framing can be misleading. The activation of this energy does not inherently produce clarity or coherence.

Kundalini functions as an amplifier within the field. When activated, it intensifies whatever structures are already present—identity patterns, emotional states, belief systems, and underlying field coherence.
If the system is still organized around identity, validation, or spiritual performance, kundalini activation can magnify instability, confusion, or distortion. When the field begins to stabilize toward signal coherence, the same activation can support perception and integration.
This makes kundalini less a path and more a force that reflects the condition of the system it moves through.

The Great Work does not require forcing activation but involves stabilizing the field so that energy can move without distortion. As identity structures weaken and coherence increases, the system becomes capable of integrating energetic movement without destabilization.
Through this shift, kundalini ceases to be a goal and becomes a byproduct of structural alignment.
