An answer delivered quickly often sounds more convincing than one preceded by hesitation. The person who responds immediately appears informed. The headline that makes a decisive claim attracts attention before the careful explanation beneath it. Even in conversation, confidence can be mistaken for accuracy simply because it leaves little room for uncertainty.
Observe today how speed influences what you believe. Notice the conclusions formed before all the information has arrived, the arguments that gather momentum faster than understanding, and the certainty created by rapid repetition. Thought can move so quickly that its own velocity becomes evidence. By the time a slower question appears, the conclusion may already feel established.
